Complaints Handling Procedure

All complaints can be submitted to compliance@wadzpay.com or on the Company’s website  via the “Contact Us” section. The Compliance Officer shall be responsible for ensuring that all  written and electronically transmitted client complaints are handled in accordance with all  applicable laws, rules, and regulations and in keeping with the internal Complaint Handling  Procedure below. We shall not impose any fees or charges for the submission or handling of  any complaints.
