References to WadzPay, ‘us’ or ‘we’, refers to the WadzPay group which owns and operates this website and collects your Personal Data through the website, including our various affiliated companies worldwide.

4 IP ADDRESSES

To respond to or process your requests to WadzPay, we may have to disclose your personal data to any member of our group or to third parties such as our service providers and professional advisors, who will process your personal data in accordance with this Privacy document. 11 WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We operate this website from Singapore. Any data that you authorise us to collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside Singapore for processing.  Such data might be used or processed by people who work for us, or who work for one of our service providers, and we will take appropriate steps to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy document, to the standards required by the laws that are applicable to us.

However, please note that where European data protection laws apply, Singapore and those other countries where your personal data are located/processed by us may not have data protection laws which are adequate for the purposes of those European laws’ requirements.

WadzPay has technical and security precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks, and we are continuously revising these measures in line with current developments. We investigate all threats and possible threats to security, very seriously.

WadzPay retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided for by laws applicable to WadzPay in the relevant jurisdiction.
